Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mayura Consultancy Services LLC, doing business as RightAlly (“RightAlly”, “we”), collects and uses information when you use the RightAlly onboarding website and billing services (the “Services”). Our address is 66 West Flagler Street, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33130.

1. Information we collect

• Details you give us: your name, title, email, phone number, brokerage name and business address, the number of agents, and any coupon code.
• Signature records: your typed name, drawn signature, the time you consented and signed, your IP address and browser details, and a fingerprint of the agreement. We keep these as evidence of the agreement.
• Payment information: card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive only limited details, such as the card brand, last four digits and expiry month, or the bank name and last four digits.
• Usage information: pages visited and technical logs needed to run and secure the Services. We use only cookies that are necessary for the Services to work; we do not use advertising cookies on these pages.
• Information from your RightAlly platform: the number of agents on your account, used for billing.

2. How we use it

To prepare, sign and keep your agreement; to charge the fees in your agreement; to send receipts, reminders and service notices; to provide support; to prevent fraud and secure the Services; and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers who process information for us under contract: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), Cloudflare (security) and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights (for example in a payment dispute), or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.

4. How long we keep it

Signed agreements, signature records, invoices and payment records are kept for at least seven (7) years after your agreement ends, for legal and tax purposes. Other information is kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage of secrets, access controls with two-factor authentication for staff, and audit logs. No system is completely secure; please contact us immediately if you believe your information has been compromised.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@rightally.io. We may keep records we are required to keep by law or that are needed to enforce the agreement. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights; we will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Children

The Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers.
